About Dr. Zink

My passion for this work started early in my career. During residency training, I pursued a specialty focus in reproductive psychiatry, while also navigating my own pregnancy with my first child. That experience gave me both professional insight and personal perspective on just how complex and deeply emotional these transitions can be. 

Now, I am a mother to three daughters, an experience which continuously deepens my connection with this work.

I’ve continued to dedicate myself to supporting women through life’s many profound changes. In addition to certification in perinatal mental health through Postpartum Support International, I have published work on perinatal depression and anxiety, as well as contributed to national psychiatry board and training exams in reproductive psychiatry. As faculty at a local residency program, I take pride in teaching and mentoring future psychiatrists through formal didactics in both reproductive and integrative psychiatry.

My approach is warm, deeply thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in science and evidence-informed care. I combine prescription medicine, when appropriate, with holistic alternative treatments in an integrative way. Whether preparing for pregnancy, adjusting to motherhood, managing mood shifts, or simply navigating a demanding season of life, women have a space here to feel heard, supported, and empowered.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our three girls. My leisure time is often spent travelling, connecting with friends, watching sports, walking, and reading.
